Professional Staff

The Clinic’s professional staff is licensed by the State of Maryland to provide outpatient mental health services to adults, adolescents and children. The multi-disciplinary staff are credentialed to see children, teens, adults and geriatric populations with a wide range of needs.   Individuals on staff represent several disciplines: psychiatry, psychiatric nursing for injectable medications, social work and professional counseling.

The most recent credentialing for Corsica River is the specialized treatment for Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Additional services include autism spectrum disorders and other childhood behavioral difficulties.

  • Psychiatrist

    Corsica River Mental Health Services, Inc. is in search of a board certified, child and adolescent M.D. to provide mental health services within our clinics in the mid-shore area.

    Part-time or Full-time option with the flexibility to build your work schedule between 16 and 40 hours per week.  Anticipated average of 30+ hours/week.

    Salary commensurate with experience.

  • Psychiatrist or Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

    Position: Psychiatrist or Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

    FLSA STATUS: Exempt, Full-Time

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Prescriber must have formal training as a Medical Doctor with Psychiatry specialty or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with Psychiatric-Mental Health specialty, board certified by a national body, able to practice legally in Maryland. Previous experience working with individuals with serious mental illness and Professional Liability Insurance required.

    POSITION SUMMARY: The Prescriber works collaboratively within the Mobile Treatment Team to provide culturally competent mental health and/or Substance Use Disorder services to individuals served by the team.
